Quant Team Debut

Our Quant Team , made up of brilliant students, Alex Seth, Sachin Shah, Pablo Berlanga, Joshua Yip, Danyil Nepyivoda, Andrei Lazar gave their first presentation today! They're researching futures contracts, which are agreements to buy or sell something at a certain price on a certain date. The team found that the price of futures contracts is affected by a few things, like the current price, how long until the contract expires, and how volatile the market is. They're using this knowledge to develop trading strategies that can make money for the student fund. The Quant Team Division is also working on strategies for other assets, like stocks and bonds and how options can be leveraged alongside these to generate alpha. We're so proud of the Quant Team Division for their hard work and dedication. We're excited to see what they accomplish in the future!
